Megan Campagna, MSW, LISW-S

Administrative Director and Clinical Therapist

Hello! I am an Independently Licensed Social Worker (LISW-S) and received my master’s degree from the University at Buffalo.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a vast array of of people from different populations in private practice, hospital settings, and community mental health settings. I have experience running anger management and domestic violence programs, as well as DBT and self-esteem groups.

Currently, I work with adolescents, adults, and couples struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, personality disorders, and difficult life stressors relating to school, divorce, co-parenting, or relationship struggles. I try my best to utilize a variety of interventions including DBT, mindfulness, CBT, SFT, however, I try my best to focus on whatever would be most helpful and effective for the client at hand, keeping in mind, that one size does not fit all.
My main goal is to always first build a safe and therapeutic environment. I strive to empower my clients by listening and helping uncover your true potential by offering as much support and honesty as I can. My clients have shared that they have really appreciated my honesty, consideration, and ability to connect with them. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and to start working through whatever situation you are dealing with.
