Jessica Beers, MSW, LSW

Clinical Therapist

Hello! My name is Jessica Beers, MSW, LSW (she/her). I am a Licensed Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I’m proficient in working with children, adolescents, and adults. With a master’s degree in social work from the University of Southern California, I bring compassion, empathy, knowledge, and skill to help empower individuals on their journey toward healing.

My approach to therapy integrates evidence-based modalities, including—but not limited to—Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). I use these approaches to help individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation, and life transitions.

I began my social work career in 2015, working in a therapeutic residential program. Since then, I’ve worked in schools as a school-based therapist, in medical facilities providing case management, and in outpatient mental health settings offering therapy. I believe trust, safety, and understanding are the foundations of a strong therapeutic relationship.

Through a compassionate, client-centered approach, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their thoughts and emotions, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward their personal goals. Whether I’m supporting children with behavioral challenges, adolescents navigating self-esteem issues, or adults managing stress, I tailor treatment to meet each client’s unique needs.

My passion lies in empowering individuals to build resilience, enhance self-awareness, and create lasting, positive change. My goal is to help each person not just survive, but thrive.

When I’m out of the office, you can find me enjoying the great outdoors in my kayak, fishing, attending local sporting events, or traveling. I also enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my cat, Tadpole. I look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you on your healing journey.
