Clinical Therapist Intern

Everyone has challenges and obstacles they encounter during their life's journey. Overcoming challenges and obstacles can be amazing, but sometimes we get stuck along the way. Therapy can be a great tool for when we become stuck. Personally, I was given a new life when I overcame my depression. I will feel like I have lived a life well lived if I am able to give that gift to someone who finds themselves struggling now.

I work individually with adolescents, young adults, adults, and seniors. I provide a judgement-free space where clients can be themselves, to speak openly and discover new insights about themselves. Establishing a client-centered relationship, where it is understood that the client is an expert in their life, is something I try to foster immediately.

I am a student at Capital University working on my master's in clinical mental health counseling. I am drawn to practice therapy for the immense benefit it can have on clients’ lives and am dedicated to giving back to the community around me.
