Child, Adolescent, and Adult Counseling

Clinical Therapist

Everything is temporary. This is what makes life so beautiful, but sometimes it can be scary and debilitating. Problematic relationships, trauma, low self-esteem, substance abuse, and anxiety can be the causes and results of other underlying issues. We don’t have to work through it all alone, though. I aim to assist and support you in making the most of life by learning from the past, accessing your best self, and welcoming all that life has to offer.

I work with adults and older adolescents providing individual and couples therapy.  I use an integrative therapeutic approach, applying my expertise in EMDR, CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and more. With this approach, I can help you build self-confidence, develop skills to improve your relationships, process traumas and grief, create structure, improve self-awareness, and discover ways to work through problems rather than avoid them.

Comfort, trust, and a person-centered approach are essential elements of good therapy. To achieve this, I offer a judgement-free environment, open to all walks of life.
