I believe healing is deeply personal and rarely follows a one-size-fits-all path. The struggles we experience are often more complex than they appear on the surface, and symptoms like anxiety, depression, overwhelm, or feeling stuck are often part of a deeper story that deserves curiosity, compassion, and understanding rather than judgment.
I work with adolescents and adults who find themselves caught in recurring patterns, navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, limiting beliefs, or emotions that feel difficult to move through. Many of my clients come to therapy with significant insight and self-awareness, yet still feel frustrated by the same challenges showing up in their lives. I believe meaningful change happens when we move beyond understanding our experiences intellectually and begin exploring the emotional, relational, and nervous system responses that keep us feeling stuck.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, overthinking, relationship difficulties, or survival responses such as fight, flight, freeze, or shutdown, therapy can offer a space to better understand yourself and create new ways of relating to your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative environment where you feel safe, seen, and empowered to grow.
My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that our mental, emotional, physical, and relational well-being are deeply interconnected. While insight is an important part of healing, lasting change often involves creating safety within the nervous system, strengthening self-trust, and developing new patterns that support resilience and growth.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and attachment-informed work. Together, we will tailor therapy to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a concentration in Psychology from Trinity Western University in British Columbia, Canada, and my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University in Colorado. My perspective has also been shaped by humanitarian work in Honduras, Thailand, and South Africa, experiences that deepened my appreciation for resilience and the many ways our life experiences shape who we are.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy traveling, staying active, and spending time outdoors. I also love interior design, discovering new places, and enjoying a good matcha.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 3pm; we are closed on Sunday.
