Welcome! My name is Marshall, and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPPC) in the State of Ohio, and originally come from Sandwich, MA. I moved to Steubenville, OH and received my master’s degree at Franciscan University of Steubenville in May of 2019; I have been in the Columbus, Ohio area for 4 years.  

I have experience in various fields including being a business owner and an Army Reserve officer. Prior to working at Serenity-BHS, I provided therapy services in community mental health setting and an agency setting. I am comfortable working with adults who are 18 and older and who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, personality disorders, anger management, alcohol and other drug issues. 

My clinical approaches include Client-Centered Therapy, Sensorimotor Therapy for Trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy. These approaches allow me to offer a wide variety of interventions to help you improve your overall well-being.  

At times, your therapy needs may be brief and other times, your needs may need to be unpacked to discover the root of your mental health challenges. My clients appreciate my open and honest approaches and my ability to develop a positive therapeutic relationship. I am here to understand you and help you achieve your therapy goals.
