What We’re Looking For?
Passionate mental health professionals licensed in Ohio (LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, LISW-S, or LPCC-S)
Minimum two years of experience in a mental health setting
Skilled in working with depression, trauma, anxiety, stress, and more in diverse populations
Strong clinical diagnoses, documentation, and organizational abilities
Comfortable using EMRs and Microsoft Office 365/Teams

Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families
Complete accurate clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
Maintain a consistent caseload by scheduling 27 clients/week
Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team
Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing
