Clinical Therapist Intern

Hello there! I am currently a Counselor Trainee earning my Master’s of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on trauma from Antioch University New England. Previously, I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio in Rehabilitation Services.

I began my journey as a licensed massage therapist where I spent eight years helping people work through their physical pain and discomfort. I then transitioned into the human services field where I worked with individuals with disabilities helping them live, learn, and work in their communities. I have worked with a variety of individuals and a wide range of ages and abilities throughout my career.

My intention is to provide a non-judgmental and safe space where clients can feel comfortable regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or background. I strive to provide empathetic listening and meet clients where they are. Through strengths-based and person-focused strategies along with mindfulness techniques, I can help you overcome life's stressors and obstacles. I look forward to working collaboratively with you.
