I consider it a privilege to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate & overcome transitional periods, stressful life circumstances and chronic and acute mental health disorders. My goal is to help clients lean into their strengths and community to make lasting changes and promote health and healing by using mind-body approaches to treatment.
I am a holistic, solution-focused counselor, I use cognitive behavior therapy, DBT and educative approach to counseling. I promote resiliency and recovery with a science-based understanding of the nervous system working toward a balanced mind, body & spirit. I focus on mindfulness and somatic awareness skills to support sustained well-being and healing.
I seek to identify and draw upon my clients' existing strengths to empower them to accomplish their goals and to find whole wellness and healing in their lives.
