We all go through times when stress and life circumstances become overwhelming. I want you to know that you are not alone and you can overcome the challenges you are facing. I seek to provide a safe, judgement free space for you to unburden yourself and move towards a place of peace and well-being.
I use a strengths based approach and combine evidence-based CBT and DBT skills to assist clients in finding new ways to move forward with more confidence and acceptance of themselves. I earned my Bachelors degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Crisis Counseling and completed my Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. I have had the privilege of working with individuals in private practice, community mental health and residential settings.
I have experience working with those who are grieving and individuals struggling with an array of diagnoses including Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorders and PTSD as well as self esteem issues. I look forward to joining you on your path towards healing and hope.
