Group therapy addresses the way we think, feel, and behave.
By integrating the mind, body, and spirit in the healing process, individuals learn to address their personal challenges in order to gain serenity, inner peace, and well-being. Our groups provide safe, affirming spaces that empower each participant through learning new skills and honoring each person’s experiences. Our staff understands the importance of supporting you with high-quality mental health counseling services during your journey.


How do I join a group?Complete our intake paperwork then we will schedule an intake appointment for you to meet with the therapist running the group. Group therapy fees are $40/session.

It’s okay to be who you are! Join us for a weekly hang-out. Increase self-acceptance and make friends in a fun,
safe, and supportive environment.

8 Weeks to Inner Wellness (FEBRUARY 13 – MARCH 20)

This group uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)  techniques to
help change unwanted behaviors, emotions, and thoughts; increase resiliency and create a life worth living. Manage your moods and reduce your stress. Learn mindfulness, self-regulation, and self-care skills to help you
gain control of your life.

Weekly discussions on handling difficult emotions, reducing anxiety, stress, and depression, managing relationships, and intimacy issues and much more! Decrease your isolation by making a connection. Professional guidance within a safe community.

Learn a different approach each week and improve your inner wellness. You'll enhance your inner peace, inner strength, and you'll gain clarity through self-discovery. As a group we will explore: breath work, guided meditation, mindfulness, journaling, tapping, music, phototherapy, essential oils and teas, and more.
