Clinical Therapist

As your therapist, I am dedicated to helping you learn and overcome your struggles and obtain your personal goals in life. My goal is to help you improve your coping skills, decrease symptoms, eliminate acting out behaviors, and improving interpersonal relationships with your loved ones. My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, couples, and families in the Community, Crisis Emergency, Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization, and experience working in a Psychiatric Inpatient Hospital.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered with a focus on evidence-based modalities such as solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-based therapy approaches. I support my clients’ concerns related to anxiety, depression, bipolar, personality disorders, gender identity, trauma, relationships, and life transitions.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with supervision credentials earning my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Dayton in 2012. I am currently working toward my Ph.D. in psychology: trauma and disaster relief, with expected completion in 2022.
