Clinical Therapist

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with supervision credentials, with over 12 years’ experience working in the mental health field with children, adolescents, adults and families of diverse backgrounds.   I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Dayton in 2012.

My clinical experience includes working with children and families in the community, adults in an Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization setting, as well as, a Psychiatric Inpatient Hospital.  My therapeutic approach is client-centered with a focus on evidence-based modalities such as solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy (including mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotion regulation), and trauma-based therapy.

As your therapist, I’m dedicated to helping you learn and overcome your struggles and obtain your personal goals in life.  My goal is to help you improve your coping skills, decrease symptoms, eliminate acting out behaviors and improving your interpersonal relationships with your loved ones.  I support my clients concerns related (but not limited) to anxiety, depression, personality disorders, gender identity, trauma, relationships, and life transitions.
