If you are using any of these insurance providers, please call them first and ask the following questions:
          1.      Do I have a deductible that must be met?

          2.      How much is my co-pay?

          3.      Is there a limit to the number of therapy sessions my insurance will cover?

Insurance providers can require that you meet a deductible before they cover any healthcare costs, they can also require a co-pay for services. Insurance providers can limit how many sessions they will cover in a given period of time. Make sure you understand what is covered by making a call first to your insurance provider.
