I am an Independently Licensed Social Worker (LISW-S) and received my master’s from The Ohio State University. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, family conflict and general life stressors.

It is important to me to provide a safe, therapeutic environment for all clients. I work collaboratively with clients to identify strengths and develop skills to overcome life’s challenges so clients can lead healthy and fulfilling lives.

I utilize a variety of interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Functional Family Therapy and adapt my approach to best meet the needs of individual clients.
