CBT Group Therapy
Tuesdays 6:00 pm-8:00 pm
10 Weeks - $60 per session

CBT Workbook $20 

This group is specifically design for individuals who are struggling with depression and anxiety.  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the primary modality that is used to treat depression and anxiety. We will use the CBT Skills Building exercises to build new coping skills, build confidence, self-esteem and interpersonal relationship skills.  All group members will be encouraged to purchase the CBT Skills Workbook by Dr. Barry M. Gregory




DBT Group Therapy
Thursdays 11:00 am-1:00 pm
10 Weeks - $60 per session


This group is specifically design for individuals who are struggling with interpersonal skills, relationship issues, depression, anxiety and anger management issues.  Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is the primary modality that is used to help individuals learn to manage their emotions, behaviors and interpersonal relationship skills.  We will use DBT Skills Building exercises to build new coping skills, build confidence, self-esteem and interpersonal relationship skills.  




Couples Psychotherapy Group 
Saturdays 9:00 am-12:00 pm
6 Weeks - $75 per person per session


This group is specifically design for couples who are struggling with emotional intimacy, communication, trust and sex.  We will focus on learning effective communication skills that will facilitate respect, trust and intimacy.





CBT Teen Group 
Thursday 6:00 pm-8:00 pm
6 Weeks


This group is specifically design for adolescents 12 to 18 years old who are struggling with self-esteem, depression, anxiety, parent-child relationship issues and confidence.  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the primary modality that is used to treat depression and anxiety. We will use the CBT Skills Building exercises to build new coping skills, build confidence, self-esteem and interpersonal relationship skills.  All group members will be encouraged to purchase the CBT Skills Workbook by Dr. Barry M.
