I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, identity, emotional regulation, coping with stress, and a variety of other issues. Being young can be a tough and confusing time, and being vulnerable about those struggles can be even harder. I wish to empower my clients to lean into that vulnerability so we can function together as a team to work through them. I believe everyone has the ability to reach their potential and achieve change given the right tools. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered theories, and play therapy.
I graduated with my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Wittenberg University. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Dayton. I have had the pleasure of working with children, adolescents, and young adults in a variety of settings for the past six years.
