I have worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety and substance abuse for many years. I use a variety of the therapeutic techniques to meet clients’ needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I’m also familiar with Chinese culture and fluent in Mandarin. I believe everyone has their own strengths, despite sometimes we need help to improve our coping skills, values and self-esteem.
As a counselor, my duty is to accompany you out of the mist. I would see it as an honor to assist you in your journey to better emotional and physical health.
