We all go through times when stress and life circumstances become overwhelming. I want you to know that you are not alone and you can overcome the challenges you are facing. I seek to provide a safe, judgement free space for you to unburden yourself and move towards a place of peace and well-being.
I use a strengths based approach and combine evidence-based CBT and DBT skills to assist clients in finding new ways to move forward with more confidence and acceptance of themselves. I earned my Bachelors degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Crisis Counseling. I completed my Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling and am Board Certified. I have had the privilege of working with individuals in private practice, community mental health and residential settings.
I have experience working with those who are grieving and individuals struggling with an array of mental health diagnoses including Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorders and PTSD as well as self esteem issues. I look forward to joining you on your path towards healing and hope.
