I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ohio State University and am currently in my second year of my Masters of Counseling degree at the Methodist Theological School in Ohio. I specialize in counseling the LGBTQ+ community, particularly with those who are struggling to accept their identity, depression, relationship issues and anxiety.
Through my previous work, I have experience with conflict management and assisting those going through difficult life changes. I utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Reality Therapy, as well other modalities. My goal as a therapist is work with the client to help them gain insight, overcome their obstacles, and have a stronger sense of self-worth.
