Throughout my career as a therapist, I have had the privilege to work with a diverse group of clients with a wide variety of concerns from PTSD to relationship issues. I value compassion. I provide a non-judgmental, safe environment with active and honest communication.
I primarily utilize Cognitive Therapy, which is an empirically-validated treatment for many problems. I also use EMDR and psychodynamic approaches, depending on a client’s symptoms and needs. I have a passion for helping people identify their goals and achieve them. I work with both children and adults to help them make positive changes, feel better, and move forward.
I earned my masters in Social Work in New York City at the Hunter College School of Social Work. I am independently licensed by the CWMFT Board of Ohio.
