Make Mental Health Affordable and Accessible For All
Over the past 13 years, I have worked children, adolescents and adults with mental health, developmentally disabilities and AOD issues. I am in the final year of my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling also at Union University. I use an integrative approach that involves Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy to meet each client’s specific needs and strengths.
I also specialize in working with individuals within the LGBTQ+ community and a member of the Association of LGBT Issues in Counseling. I use a holistic approach to help individuals to maximize their potential and to navigate their way on the journey to health and wellbeing.
